Privacy notice

What we collect

Only when you ask us to tell you that a sold-out design is back: your Telegram user ID and your chat with @viscustomerbot, the design you chose, when you signed up, and which version of the sign-up wording you agreed to.

We do not collect your name, phone number, email, or address for this, and we do not store your IP address.

What we use it for

One Telegram message from @viscustomerbot when a piece of that design is back in stock. Everyone on the list hears at the same time, and the piece goes to the first confirmed order.

Nothing else: no marketing, no newsletters, and we never sell or share your details.

How long we keep it

We delete your sign-up 30 days after we send the notice, straight away when you send /stop to @viscustomerbot or block the bot, and after 12 months if the design has not come back.

Who can see it

Only Vintage in Style staff who already handle customer orders. Your sign-up is stored with our database provider (Supabase), and the notice is delivered by Telegram.

Your choices

Send /stop to @viscustomerbot at any time to cancel every alert and delete your sign-ups.
